Media Pa ck age: 
Registration must be accompanied by the Media Package and a €585 login fee including the conference catalogue, the light version of the catalogue (free of charge for visitors), the main website search system of the exhibition, etc.

How to register
㇐Online registration
  • Before the registration starts, please go to the website to confirm whether it can be displayed normally.
  • After completing the online registration, please print out the registration form and stamp the company size stamp.
  • Please return the application form with the deposit cheque to us by registered mail within one week.
    The Company will complete the registration process by sending a confirmation letter by mail upon receipt of the original application form and the deposit cheque.

Upgrade the booth decoration example

  • The above furniture equipment and electrical equipment can be replaced by the same value within the same class, and if it is deleted, it cannot be refunded.
  • "Furniture Equipment" and "Electrical Equipment" cannot be replaced across categories.
  • The Company reserves the right to replace the above equipment due to design changes.
Security deposit cheque At the time of registration, a deposit cheque must be deposited and prepaid, depending on the size of the booth booked:
Below 12sqm - NTD 120,000
13~18sqm -- NTD 180,000
19~27sqm -- NTD 240,000
28~36sqm -- NTD 300,000
37~48sqm -- NTD 400,000
49sqm or more - NTD 500,000
  • Please issue a no-back cheque according to the area and amount of the booth booked above and send it to our cheque at the head of our cheque: Hong Kong Mercer Frankfurt Messe Ltd. Taiwan Branch
    Cheque due date: October 31, 108, Republic of China
  • The security cheque is only used as a confirmation of your company's willingness to exhibit and is not deducted from the rental fee. After the manufacturer completes the payment procedures, the company will return the original ticket.
  • Payment Method The full amount of the participation fee will be invoiced to your company after the seat selection is completed.

Booth allocation
  • The booth location will be planned by the company according to the configuration map and area provided by the conference, and then selected according to the size of the manufacturer's demand area and the order of registration.
  • The company has the right to adjust the booth location if necessary due to changes in the floor plan of the general assembly or changes in market demand.
  • The area and specifications of the booth will be subject to the floor plan of the conference, in order to meet the needs of the manufacturer's registration form as much as possible.
  • In the event of a special situation such as insufficient number of corner booths, priority will be given to the registration area and participation qualifications.
Cancellation of participation 
  • After the registration is confirmed, the original deposit paid by the manufacturers who cancel the exhibition will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations made after the selection of seats are completed will not be refunded, except for the full amount of the fee, and the previous deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the event of irresistible human or natural disasters, resulting in the cancellation of the exhibition postponed or the manufacturer unable to participate in the exhibition smoothly, all fees related to the exhibition will not be refunded.
